I have heard that the 01 taillights fit a 97 but then that would be within the same generation. zeta Posted May 19, 2003 Share Posted May 19, 2003 stevie's got it. the two cars are of different generations, and the rear end is very different. on the '92-'96, the trunk lid is just the top part. but on the '97-'01, the trunk lid contains the top part and a cut through the middle of each tail lamp housing. the tail lamp housings on the second gen are two pieces, while the first gen is only a one piece tail light. if you really want it, it would have to be custom work kevin Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
