Anyone Using A Turbinator?

Have no idea about how this device works so was wondering if any of you have either heard of it or perhaps are using one. Any comments?

There are several devices of this type that make great claims. None of them work.

also goes by the name Tornado.

It supposedly creates a vortex of air flow. It only works if the throttle were at wide open and the engine were at max RPM all the time........now who really drives like this?

waste of money, pure and simple.
