spoonfed Posted July 25, 2004 Share Posted July 25, 2004 i have an 91 ls400 and i've kinda hand pushed on the belts and it feels a lil loose and when i gas it a liittle faster it sounds like its slipping a tiny bit, i was wondering where the adjuster for is it, so i got an idea where to look for, i can't see anything from up top. thanks! tansupplyman Posted July 26, 2004 Share Posted July 26, 2004 I always thought a tensioner was 'self tightening'; suggest that you install a new belt; if that doesn't work you will have to install a new tensioner.
