bdonkersgoed
Just put up a really big fuss with the insurance company. Demand that you get a brand new car. Just be a real pain in their butt :P Your car is REALLY REALLY new, so it makes sense that you should get a new one back. You are not violating the insurance rule where a client "should never benefit from having an accident". Just talk nicely to your insurer, and you should be able to work something out. Good luck! steviej
since it is so new, check CA laws and see what you are entitled to. It varies in each state. steviej
bdonkersgoed
Even if it is not law they you get a new car, some nice talking to your insurance company can go a long way . . . especially considering that th accident is not your fault. Good luck, Bryan
