Keisler
WHY DO I HAVE THE PROBLEMS THAT NO ONE HAS EVER SEEN? Have a probelm with lower control arms for the front end of a 92 sc400; was told by a friend mechanic that my control arm bushing that mounts to main chasis is worn and that is what is making a thumping noise when brake. Lexus wants 650.00 for 1 control arm assembly. Car has 185k miles. I'm thankful for any help.

Thanks. i dont remember because i had JPI in garland Tx do it, but ontop of the lcas i had oil leaks fixed and tranny and motor mounts replaced. i know it was cheaper than oem lcas by far though. just call up your local toyota dealership and ask for 95 supra lcas
blueviol
Do I usually need to replace the front lower control arms only? What about the upper arms and the rear? I will probably have to inspect the wear of the rear bushings. In any case, would Supra rear arms fit my 95 SC400? The front lower is known to fit nice. And what year Supra arms should I get? Thanks/

blueviol
Ok, I am going to get the Supra LCAs next week. The 96 year is the best, huh??? ^^ Has anyone painted their LCAs? sounds a fun idea? What colors would look good? I have a jade green body color. :D
jzz30
why not go and buy a matching car color spray can and paint the arms that color. or make it look like you have tein arms and paint it that green color :D
