Current LS460 Owner, thinking of Purchasing LX570 model, Thoughts on Performance, etc?

Hi, I am current owner of a LS460, and I love it. But I have been thinking about purchasing the new LX570. We also own a LS500. But we need a vehicle for road and family trips. I have done research and the feature like the Full-time Four-Wheel Drive is very attractive and also the towing capacity. For anyone who owns one, can you provide the pros and cons to your purchase? 

The new sports package for three row LX570 is so visually attractive and the enhanced safety features are making me consider the SUV even more.

I have a friend who just bought one, a few months ago. His wife has a Range Rover but he didn't want to take that camping. Thus far, the only thing he dislikes about his LX is the fuel mileage. Other than that, he really loves his LX.
