All these lights are on, but check engine light is not on. Thought it might be the gas cap, so I resecured it and went through 7 cold starts with no change. In addition, the following things are not working:  1) seat driving position memory switches; 2) clock doesn't maintain setting; 3) A/C doesn't maintain setting; 4) key fob won't lock or unlock; 5) power door lock switch won't work with key out of ignition; 6) headlights don't stay on in Auto when shut off engine; 7) can't adjust power mirrors (stuck in full down). There may be other items not working that I haven't found yet.

I'm going to go through the fuse boxes to see if any are blown. Also wondering if this could be a bad circuit board. Anyone got any suggestions?

Found it! Fuse #29, ECU-B, 10 amp in the engine fuse box. Replaced with the spare fuse that was in the box and everything back to normal operation.
