2000 Gs300 Timing Belt Replacement

Hello,

I've just picked up a used 2000 gs300, car is great!

I am conserned about the preveus owners scheduled maintence.

The car runs very well, I believe it would be prudent to replace the timeing belt.

Can anybody provide a resource of procedures or diagrams showing timing belt replacement for this model Lexus.

Your best bet is to take it in to a Lexus dealer. Just by looking at some diagram aint gonna help you out much. You need to replace the timing belt, the tensioner, and the idler, and water pump while you are at it.

water pump , gasket, idler , both belts at 90,000 irontoad.com has good prices on what is needed . And you will need to replace your coolant. B)
