  1. Just wanted an opinion. Has anyone around here messed with putting on 20's+ I was just wondering some drawbacks putting these rims on. Some said I should be able to do that without changing any off the suspension, others said I might have to. I want to do this without getting the fenders rolled. Also what about door mods...gullwings, and lambo doors? Whats your opinion on theses modifications.
  2. 1) Lubricate moving parts around the area of noise if not, Problem: Transmission noisy when moving (RWD only) Quiet in Neutral when clutch engaged. Solution: Worn rear output shaft bearing. 2)Well, if you replaced the bulb, check fuse...you can buy a device off ebay to reset all indicator lights on your dash. 3)Could try useing gasoline to remove, but sometimes that rainbow effect is hard to get rid of. My guess is oil drip
  3. always same answer, great reliable cars. I would be curious on how you got it so cheap and the mileage on it... there are no known common major mechanical errors all the known problems are low cost fixes if not DIY, the only recall was front passenger seat belt buckle source: mitchell1 mechanic software
  4. check to make sure lug nuts are all tight they may not be torqued to the right measurement, could be flat spot on the tires from using e-brake while driving. something might be heating up. If it continues to get worse while driving, it may be ball-joints. Do you feel the car shaking with the noise or do you just hear the noise? if you can't have a conversation you probably shouldn't be driving your car in excess.
  5. my first thoughts was alternator. you will lose power first when you are driving it's the first sign. you would probably only get another 5mins of driving time at the most on the battery.
  6. IMO I always thought the single din on my lexus es300 94' dash looked dumb and was too much black spacing plastic surrounding it, thats why I filled it with the double DIN DVD player it looks good and takes up enough room. You can find woodgrain dash kit to help dress it up.
  7. well i got a 94' so its different, but I hope it may help... I got my removal instructions for free from them don't know why hopefully it helps.
  8. Sorry, I know this has been dead for a month, but I came across this and it is legit and very real. I have contacted and have been in conversations with the creator. http://www.boosthead.com operates on your electrical system! He recommended one that moves 550cfm of air. His prices seem very reasonable.
  9. So I have a 1994 Lexus ES300 WHITE CAR w/Golden Emblems. What window tint should I put on? My state laws (WI) 35% all sides except windsheild 50% back window Should I get: All Black, All Mirror, All Mirror Gold or any mix matched? thanks for your opinion.
  10. I know everyone has their opinion on this, but if anyone knows of a Supercharger Kit made for my 1994 Lexus ES300 3.0 or any Forced Air Induction kits for my car/that will work for my car, can you please help me in the right direction?
