    I had the same problem with my 95!Yesterday I had the timing belt replaced along with the water pump and thermostat and had a cooling system flush done and now the guage is in the midway between hot and cold.

    As with any car "Buyer Beware".I use Carfax as a guide but don't rely on it as "The Last Word".

    Only owned my 95 for a few weeks but it is getting 22mpg.60/40 mix city/highway.My 91 Caddy gets 24 on the highway at 70mph with the cruise.

    I bought my 95 Ls over ebay recently and also a 91 caddy a few years ago .Both were smooth transactions

    Newbie here gang.Wondering if anyone knows of any good independent mechanics in the Orlando/Tampa Florida area.I would prefer an independent over a dealer.My 95 will be in need of a timing belt shortly.Thanks
