Well here was my old setup on my 05 RX330 Let me know if you have any questions. P.S. I am selling the Headrest ;) Did you install the monitor in the headrest yourself? I was thinking about doing that too. No i did not do the install my self but after i took it all out of my car i am sure i could install it again. The headrest are a pain tho.

Wow i thought i was the only one with this problem. I wanted to fix it as well but i ended up selling the RX :) -
