I have a Thule Atlantis for use on longer trips with the family. Easy to mount/remove, not too much wind noise and adds a lot of extra capacity. Rear of carrier can be positioned just forward of the hatchback in full upright position. Mileage decreases by 2-3mpg hwy. A nice feature is the the lid can be opened from either side of the car, which is convenient for loading or accessing gear.

I've been using an iSimple Gateway for my 3GS in my 07 RX350. Works well by direct connecting to the SAT input. I use it in AUX mode, so selecting playlists, etc is done via the iPhone, not the steering wheel buttons. One issue is that phone call audio doesn't play through the car audio, but I just use the speaker mode on the phone.

The bottom piece allows you to drain the oil accumulated in the filter prior to unscrewing the larger housing for the filter unit.
