  1. Here it goes... Tell me what you guys think of it.. BTW I'm the only one in the country with it...
  2. FYI, the Rod MIllen brakes are the exact same brakes as the Supra TT brakes and the TRD brake kit too.. All 3 are pretty much the same... I have the TRD front brakes. When I first put them on I was amazed with the stopping power they produced.. Now I'm used to them and it's really nothing.. Now next I think I'm gonna go with Brembo GT Big Brake.. It's a 6 pot 14" rotor... They are the brakes that you see on Ferrari's.. If you don't want to go that route you can always go with Stop Tech, AP Racing (Stillen), Wilwood, and there are many others.. Also one major thing that will influence you on how big you can get your brakes is what size your rims are and the offset too.. Because if you only have a tiny bit of room right now between your stock caliper and rim you won't beable to fit something that much bigger..
  3. I really don't understand your question.... I have a heavily mod'd GS and I have over 15 grand into it... But are you asking how much money will it cost you to do the things you mentioned above?? I payed almost 5 grand for my rims, but you won't be spending that much.. I'd say if you want a bodykit, coilovers, dropin filter, rims, and a ok system you'll be looking around 8 grand right there....
  4. Just so you know... SRT doesn't produce SuperChargers anymore.. Lexo, what do you mean when you say "SRT does not come with goodies"?? From what I know you pay for what you get.. Like if you only want to stage 2 turbo, that's what your gonna get.. You'll get everything the kit has to offer and will be fully functional when installed.. But if you want the goodies they have them but it's gonna cost you.. And also you have to know what you want.. oh, one more thing... Which stage did you go with and can you snap some pics for us to see.. Thanks and goodluck with your turbo my friend..
  5. I know a couple of guys with the RMM SC.. And from what they both told me it's not worth it... They say that the gains aren't what they should be and it's a waste of money...
  6. What are we doing Gslx4s?? This thread is almost a year old.....
  7. From what I know, the So-3's are a great tire but I have no experience with them.. I have Toyo T1-S's.. Also, if your staying with your factory 16's you don't have to stay with the factory sized tire.. You can go with a 225/60/16 to widen the tire and it will fit.. Also you can lessen the profile going with a 225/55/16.. You see with that setup and some H&R spacers to widen the wheelbase you'll have better road feel and much better stability....
  8. Yup, try them... But mainly for factory parts....
  9. Thanks... Well, the car is lowered about 2 1/2- 3" and to get that done I needed some coilovers.. The ones I have are Tein "Flex".... Now the rims are Work Wheels that I had Imported in from Japan, the rubber is Toyo T1-S's, front are 245/35/20 and the rear are 275/30/20...
  10. Are you trying to rub it in?? I spent about half of my boost money on my honeymoon... It would have already been in and my GS would be boost'd if it wasn't for her.... :D So now I'm held a few months behind schedule..... And guys, thanks for the warm welcome back.... :P
  11. Here I am guys, you miss me?? :D :D The SRT piggy-back is a snap to install.. The first time I did it, it only look me about 1/2hr, and the second time was done is 15 min.. piece of cake all you need is a wire cutter/stripper and a soder iron with soder.. Oh, and you'll probably need to be able to read. From what I know, I think the SRT would be the easiest way to go, an S-AFC or an equivalent are great don't get me wrong but you'll need to bring your car to a dyno and have someone fine tune it for you.. Also when the weather changes or you do something to your car, like ie. if you decide to get an exhaust after, you'll need to bring your car back to have it dyno'd and tuned again.. Personally I think it's a pain in the butt to keep on having someone tune it once and awhile.. Plus the money you have to spend on the dyno...
  12. Mike, I know... ;) ;) And Zeta, the last time she drove my GS it still had everything stock including the rims.. And it the Dub's went on within the first week after I purchased her (GS)..... :D
  13. I have right now the L-Sport... But I'm looking into finding someone who can get me the Wise front bumper so I can import it in from Japan....
  14. Well, I had the money for it and I spent over half of it on my honeymoon... I couldn't tell my wife that she couldn't do this or get that because I needed boost.. So out of that money I had I spent almost 8 grand... So now I already have my deposit down and I'm trying to save... But for some reason I can't seem to save a penny now that I'm married... But I'm hoping late spring early summer it'll be done.. Hopefully.. I told wifey that it's gonna cost me $2,500. and that it's only gonna give me a extra 50hp.. And that it's mainly for show purposes... If she only knew what kind of money goes into my car and what kind of numbers the turbo is gonna give me.... She'd have my nards in a sling.... :D :D :D
  15. LOL... Hey Matt, what's up bro?? Everything went great and you? That little thingy is my cell phone... I put it there as a reference....
  16. Now here's my enginebay.... Here's a pic I took last night.... And this is the front rim in motion... And now the rear.... That's it... I hope you like.....
  17. Ok, now we have the TV's and stuff.... Here's the head unit and DVD.. I had the bodyshop paint the center the color of the car.. Now I need to get the vents painted next... Now with it opened... Now in the headrests I have 7" widescreens....
  18. Hey guys I figured I'd let you guys see what my GS and I been cooking up... Here's the drop on the rearend... Here's the lip on the rear rim.... Side shot of the rims...
  19. I have a 02 GS that a bought new last summer and already I went through 3 pairs of headlights do to condensation... It is a reoccuring problems in almost all 2nd gen GS's... I'm sure Lexus knows about the problem because of all the lights they have to replace but for some reason they haven't done anything about it since 1998.. If your still covered under warranty they should replace them with no questions asked....
  20. Very nice... You'll get him next time... BTW, do I know you?? I've seen that sig before....
