I have recently purchased the F Sport Intake. I would like to know what you guys think about the airfilter that comes with the unit? should I use the filter that comes with the unit or should I use the K&N that I already have? which will give me the best performance? Thanks Old Timer

Check your ground. Your electrical system and all of the components connected to it are ground to the chassis of the vehicle. It sounds like when your installer connected the ground wire to the chassis he picked a place that was not ideal, or did a poor job of attaching the wire to the spot chosen as the ground point. Double check the spot and the quality of the connection. Your amplifier stores energy in small amounts and uses the energy when necessary. All amplifiers have small capacitors built into the electronics; these capacitors store energy until needed. When the stored energy dissipates once the electrical system is shutoff it is not being released correctly because of a faulty ground. Most people installers included do not understand or do not care (installer) about the importance of a proper ground. If you check all of the connections and are still having this problem you may just have a faulty amplifier. Just a Thought Old Timer

Assuming you have navi version 6, menu button, setup icon, scroll to the second page of options, voice recognition guidance on/off select off. When you push the voice command button it will now just beep, say your command and a voice confirmation will confirm the command. Old Timer

There is a setting under voice prompt in the settings menu to turn off the "after the beep, please say a command", you can also turn off the voice confirmation as well, "settng tempature to 70 degrees, hide all icons, ect.".

Hello All; I just purchased a 07 IS 350 from a friend of the family who owns a couple of Lexus dealerships. When I inquired about shutting off the daytime running lights as part of the personalized settings, he asked the service manager about it. The service manager replied that it was not part of the personalized settings, and the computer that controls the personalized settings dose not have any way of turning them off. I assure you that the owner as well as the general manager are willing to help me with turning off the DRL considering that I know both of them very well. Any Thoughts
