The title basically says it all. I am thinking about leasing an IS350, but am wondering if I could get an IS250 and make is as fast if not faster than the 350???

That is the design....it plays a song randomly off one cd.

Hahah I thought the same thing when I opened my trunk but there is a light...it just needs to be turned on. Just look at the hood in the lights and click the light over so that it turns on when open.

Hello, I'm a new member clearly.. I've recently bought a 1993 Blue Lexus LS400.

I'm the 11th owner ( i know lol ) but also my FIRST car. 252kms to date.

Those are 20" Lexani Firestar dubs, I feel like such a baller in it, or even talking about it hehe and

I bought it from a coke dealer lol i plan to install suicide doors on the rear passenger doors, install clear corner lights & red/clear taillights, also i need to put in a new sub cuz a previous owner blew the factory one :P

*edit* forgot to mention plans for interior, the leather seats are great so i wont touch them, but the sides of the doors i plan to have Gucci material, change the shifter to chrome/woodgrain, and a woodgrain steering wheel.. might also change the audio at some point, but until then I'll use the iPod car kit or the fm transmitter.

ps: my friends are starting to hate on me for this whip

Well the ClearBra which they were trying to sell you is an aftermarket option. Many people wouldn't like it and that is why Lexus does not install it factory. I would really recommend you get it though, not only will it make you feel better because your car will be mint and really is worth a lot of money, but it will increase resale value when you end up selling the car in a couple years. Until then tho, just get some touch up paint and try to do it yourself and save some cash. I would also recommend not going through a Lexus dealer because they mark up the clearbras. try to find a, autobahn installer that is direct.

Anybody know, if you are averaging around 27 mpg, and the fuel light comes on, how many more miles you have on average before getting critical?

On my last tank of gas, I managed to run 585 miles and averaged 34.1mpg

I am curious to know what kind of mileage play we have when orange fuel level light comes on and when the vehicle runs out of fuel.

How did you average 34 MPG????? The RX gets I think 32 in the city and 27 on the highway...34.1 is incredible!!

I think I like the second ones, but what you should try to do is play around with photoshop and actually see them on the car then let us know what you end up with!

The standard sound system is powered by Pioneer and has Bose speakers....not bad to be honest, but the ML system is just that much more superior to the standard one. If you really want to pay the money for it then get it, if you need to save some cash forget about it.

Yes, yes, yes! I took my 2006 AWD in and asked them to look at it. Hounded by poor reception and another problem with the radio. If I used the scan or seek funtion, it stops at numerous "static" stations in between the real stations. The dealer said nothing was wrong and that it was normal. My daughter's Corolla radio works better! So much for spending the money on the ML system.

Just go with Autobahn...thats the best. Of course over the course of a couple years the color beneath the bra will be different than the rest of the car, but that will only be so if you take the bra off, which you probably would not want to do.

White is definetly easy to find out here in AZ because people always want lighter colors and darker cars show major dust! I think I am going to definetly hold out and sell mine outright and get more for it. There's no point of giving it away right?

I wouldn't trade it in. Try craigslist, cars.com, autotrader, and maybe even eBay.
