Yep i figured it all out guys... if im riding in gear 3 and at about 3 rpm's and i want more power i just down shift and give it some gas... the engine sounds amazing when in S mode ... the sound is really nice, and it seems like the manual has a little more power because u can keep it in the gears longer, in the power zone later

O wow it looks like the orange on your back lights was takin out. Did you use a red out kit for this??? i just ordered one off ebay and i was wondering if it was easy to install and if it matches the color of the light well... Thanks

O three huge tips if you are getting the black on black IS 250 1 - Make sure to have enough money for frequent car washes or buy a powerwasher and other supplies 2 - Buy a sunshade to keep your car cooler 3 - And if you are worried about dust get a california duster and take 5 minutes every three days to dust it down... this product makes it shine That's advice I could definitely use. Could you tell me what a california duster is? My brand new black on black 350 attracts dust like none other and I want desperately to keep it clean. Any other advice on keeping it clean is also greatly appreciated! Ok well if you live near pepboys, they will definately have it. Try another car shop if you dont live near a pepboys. When you get it, let it air out for a day or two and than do it on your car every three days if you feel like it or sooner. It leaves the car with a nice shine. Aside from that your car will pick up dirt and bird crap so if you dont have time to wash your own car just take it to the car wash every two weeks or three. O i didnt read that you wanted to see the interior. You have to get black on black. Such a nice combination. Sorry this is the only picture that i have of the interior. Trust me black on black is amazing. Drag the pictures to your desktop so you can make them bigger.

Hey this is a picture of my black IS 250. You should get black on black for this car, it really is such a nice color. The only problem is that it gets dirty much quicker than any other color, but its worth it...

I have a 2007 Lexus IS 250 and i am intersted in getting rid of the orange on the tail lights. I feel that this will really improve the look from the back. Man see thats what i feel i should be getting, but it says around 18 mpg, i think its because i do most city driving, but the highway driving has good milage. I guess ill reset it and start from scratch.

I have a IS 250 and i just noticed that there is no apparent trunk light Do you have to enable it? If there is no trunk light i think that lexus missed a key part to a car, at night its impossible to find your stuff without a light... Is there one to install? let me know Thanks.

My IS 250 is about two months old. The first time i filled up the tank, the range said about 320, but each time i fill up it lowers more and more, This morning i filled up and the range said 293... Is this because the car is getting use to how you drive the car and making a more accurate estimate for the range? Thanks Need help on this topic.

Ya thats why a lot of people like the car, but even with the sound system off and the windows down you just hear the engine, the exhuast sound doesnt exist at all, they just blow out air , many people love the quietness but, i just want to see if there are any good systems thanks.

YES! Thats exactly what happens, i want to feel in control when i am driving manual, but it changes gears for you way to often even when its not necessary. I guess its not really me because i have heard some feedback that the system isnt responsive and is kind of slow.. thanks.

My lexus IS 250 is just 2 months old and i dont feel that the tiptronic is performing that well... It seems that it is inconsistent and has a huge delay for some shifts. Are there any solutions or explanations to this problem? got any tips? Thanks.
