I have a 2000 rx300. I recently had my battery replaced by Advance Auto and now my LCD screen does not work. I have tried all the fuses and they seem to be alright. what has caused this and is thier something I can do to fix it? thank you

I had a new battery put in my 2000 Lexus rx300 by Advance Auto. Since then my display screen does not work. The controls all work but all I have is a black screen. I have checked the fuses twice. I even had Advance Auto check the fuses. Nothing worked. At first they were going to fix it now they want proof that installing that new battery did in fact make this screen not work. Someone please help. What could have caused this and how could I fix this. Thanks
