Coolant Warning Light Comes On, Temp Gauge Normal

I have the exact same problem in my 92 ls400, but coolant level has been same for 6 months with no leak, has to be some kind of sensor. Just replaced water pump, timing belt, thermostat, and coolant flush. Light still comes on. -

not getting power to the ignition coil. checked all fuses, recently replaced timing belt. Drove 250 miles one night and ran perfect. Got up the next morning and now nothing. I need to know what i need to start checking first. Thanks. 1992 LS400 200,000 miles
