I live about 40 minutes from my Lexus dealership. One thing I appreciate is that they will come to my house to pick up my car and leave a loaner saving me a lot of time. They will even do this for a minor servicing like an oil change. My wife has a Toyota and they will give her a loaner for only a major service if she requests it.
