have you checked rear brakes? i also suspected front rotors, but after i took care of them my rears breaks were inspected -they were never checked? rotors were worned out and pads were gone too... try that -you will be surprised how well it will break

hello guys, I'm not getting too much of a cold air coming from my a/c, so I have checked codes for a/c today and came up with code 21 flashing - can any one explain what does it mean in plain english? I'm planing next week to recharge a/c gas -will that clear the code 21? Thanks for urgent reply's andre

OK, the problem is fixed :new rear rotors and pads did the trick (i think, the old ones were never replaced since new...) -now it brakes again like lexus should!!! regs Andre

hello guys, have just fixed the front rotors (re-grinded them) and the fronts are not kicking any more, but to my surprise the whole vibration is now coming from the rears (the rear end is almost jumping and pulsating when braking hard -scarrryyy!!!), so ordered new rotors and pads for tomorrow - i will let you know how it went...

hello guys, lately it was gettig worst and worst, so had put on new set of pads at the front -and still no change! the car wasn't driven much during winter -could this have anything to do with it? the discs look like they aren't too old... -any ideas...??? -andre

hello to all of you, i'm new to this forum but i think you guys have a lot of info to share. first about my lex: i bought it 12mnts ago -it drives like every lex should! it's 1992, silver, 255K km, full Toyota service untill 225K, very clean and well cared for!!! my problem is, that when not using a/c, the air from vents is more than warm at a temp. setting of 18 deg.(which is ok in winter) but in summer it is not very nice -the only way to drive and not to cook in it, is to open windows a bit to get some cool air from outside... any idea what to do... regs andre
