  1. Oh, I forgot to mention, I took it into the Lexus dealership and they did a diagnosis concluding that it was the actuator which is why I tried two of them. They did check for mechanical issues like you mentioned. Thanks for getting back to me!
  2. No, I did not check for mechanical interference. Not sure what you mean by "mechanical interference" or how to check for it. Can you provide guidance?
  3. Hey Dave, Yes every other button on the key fob works fine and as expected. This is true for both key fobs. Only the rear hatch button is non-responsive.
  4. Yes, I'm referring to the Start button on the dash. No, I've not checked the voltage to the starter while the button is pressed. Is this your recommendation? Thanks so much for your prompt reply!
  5. The open/release button for the gas/fuel door works (extremely) intermittenly requiring pushing it 50 - 100 times. I've installed two different new fuel door actuators but still have the same problem. Testing shows 12v at the actuator coming from the button on the dash. Has anyone else had this problem with the electronic fuel door opening? Any suggestions/solutions?
  6. Often the Start button is slow to respond requiring pushing it 3 - 5 times. Batteries in key fobs are fine. Any suggestions?
  7. Batteries on my key fobs are fine. Valet button in glove box is set appropriately. Trunk release button on dash works fine. Button to open on rear hatch works fine. Rear hatch will not respond to pressing button on the key fob. I've tried resetting, removing positive battery cable, all to no avail... Any help out there? Thanks!
