A quick way to check the format of the files on your disk would be to put the CD disk into your computer and check the file extension and size on the CD.

Does the Mark Levinson system play MP3s?

Did it go away by itself, or did the dealer do something? Is this still an issue in 2005 model builds?

The specs are not different. However, option packages and prices are different. KDSS is not available in Canada, and neither is the Sports package. Just so you all realize it, but that link is to the Canadian brochure. The numbers and specs are slightly different because of metric/imperial gal and such. I'm not sure how much else may be different on the GX sold in Canada. ←
