  4. The IS250 is a 4gr engine, has only direct injection. The IS350, and GS350 have the 2gr engine, has both direct and port injection, and the 2gr and 4 gr engine both have 1 cold start injector.
  5. gs460's are out for sale. Great car. I drove one yesterday and with a $58K price tag is worth it.
  6. Make sure the MAIN/2nd set switch isn't set to 2nd. It's under the glovebox, right where the r/f passenger can kick the switch with their feet.
  7. I have one if you want to buy it, send me a PM
  8. Sorry, the sales/F & I department makes the most money for ANY car dealership. I've work for many dealers over the last 20 years, and believe me the service department makes far less that the sales depatrment does. You sell 1 LS460L at sticker price, the dealer made $9200 profit on 1 car. Sell 1 extended warranty contract=$500-$1500 profit. Sell the car loan at a higher rate than what you really qualified for, they come back with a 7% rate, when you really qualified for a 6% rate=$1000 profit. That's about $11,700 profit without the holdback the owner gets! On 1 car! Service departments can't come close to those numbers.
  9. I have to disagree, no aftermarket parts for Lexus or Toyota are better than OEM. Maybe for domestic car lines. I have worked at a Lexus dealer for over 13 years and have seen aftermarket everything and it looks, works, and is worse thatn OEM. From bulbs to starters and sparkplugs, wires, etc,. OEM is the best, for Lexus/Toyota.
  10. •CD-R or CD-RW playback may not be possible in some instances, depending on the characteristics of the disc. ----This means the thickness of the burned cd can vary from a standard compact disc, it may get jammed in the changer. I've noticed the cheap cd-r's are way too thick and cause all types of problems. Buy quality cd-r blanks and you shouldn't have preoblems with the changer getting jammed.
  11. You are too much to fathom wwest. Nothing but mindless, endless chatter.
  12. The nav is self contained no extra parts? Where do you get this? It looks like you powered up the head unit and played a DVD. What about the nav ecu in the glove box? and the GPS antenna? Wire harness from the nav Ecu to the stereo amplifier and nav display? Are you including these for that price? It's not a drop in unit. There's a lot of things missing to make it work.
  13. All LS460's come filled from the factory with full synthetic oil.
