hi all

recently had the front 2 windows on my 07 RX350 tinted by a 'professional' tinting shop.

Got it back and found that the press-in button on the door trim was broken on one side. No biggie.

However it might be my imagination, or coincidental high winds, but road/wind noise seems to have increased.

All the door/window rubbers seem to be in place.

So before I take the door trims off to investigate, could someone please give me clues as to what might be misplaced/missing in the doors that leads to increased noise?

hi all

was wondering whether the Mark Levinson premium system on an 07 RX350 can play MP3s off a burnt DVDR?

I tried that and it said "No Music" on the player display.

I thought that was an odd message, as it didn't quite reject the disk, but also didn't play it :(

the same disk played fine on my home DVD player.

hi all

was wondering if anyone had used wheel spacers on their RX?

I'd like to reduce that 'skinny legs' look of the RX by making the original wheels stick out a little more than they do.

I can't afford to change the wheels, so was wondering whether 20mm spacers would work?

Has anyone fitted them? Any tricks to fitting?

hi all

I hope some of you could answer some questions I have about the Mark Levinson system on a 2007 RX 350:

1. where are the 11 speakers? I can find 5 on the dash, and 1 in each of the 4 doors. But nothing else...

2. why is the sound not very 'crisp'?

3. do people find the 'front seat' setting gives the most realistic sound (even for rear passengers)?
