I hear what you are saying RX/NC! I guess Im used to almost instand response or at least in a day or so....Ill chill a little :D My problem seems pretty easy for someone to go out and check (see my thread "memo/display") But I think I figured it out myself. I keep my display on the trip info screen not Navi because I cant get navigation up here in Alaska (soon to come) SO when I punch in a memo to remind me of something it will not show up on the due date to remind me if Im in the trip info screen! What I did was keep it on the navi screen and the set me a reminder for the following morning, I fired up the car that morning and there was my reminder :D I would have thought you could be in any scren and you reminder/memo would show up but it doesnt, at least on mind. later

Its part of your Mark Levinson stereo package, I think its the center channel for voice, music ect.... It may tell you a little more in the owners manual.... As you noticed this board is very slow with any kind of answers, I have a question that been viewed 48...oh make that 51 times with no response Just dont understand as I try to answer any question I know for people??????

I went out and checked mine, the sound definalty comes from the speaker thats on top of the dash in the bottom left corner of the windshield!

The center speaker is part of the Mark Levinsen sound package! The Nav voice does come from where you are saying it does as mine does too......Us peeps with the regular stereo package dont even have the center speaker you are talking about....

DOCH, When did you purchase your RX330? and what is the build date on it. Im just curious if mine already has the update or not???? I just purchased mine Aug04!!

I have the Navi, When I go and type a memo into the calender, I thought at that date I set it at it would display my message when I started the car?? I have tried twice now and it will not show up???? My screen is defaulted to the fuel mileage page, cause I dont have Navi here in Alaska....if that makes any differance (I cant see whyit would) So what Im I doing wrong...

PDS, Thats scary knowing you have had that much work done to your RX300 and its only 4 years old??? What have you had done to it so far?

I have not had mine for very long, but I love the headlights and the way they follow around in a turn, not just Jee-Wiz it actually works very well. The Perf. Package is nice to in that you can set the suspension down lower while you are at highway speeds for a better feel of the car---the one nice feature too is it is auto-leveling as if you have a lot of weight in the back----your normal car will have a very squatted look in the rear with the front riding high ----WELL the air suspension will level your car out for you IE: raise the back up to match the front ect.... Also, I liked the fact that I got a leather shift knob and the all leather steering wheel....Plus the Polished graphite rims (Sweet) Like I said, I have not had it for long, but so far I like what I see! Plus they made very few of the performance packages, which will make your car unique. I would schedule a test drive at night with your dealer and check out the headlights for sure....

I forgot, but somebody wanted picts of the Polished 18' Rims. The Picture really doesnt show them of the Gum metal color--But they look great on the car.

One more thing, Has anyone been able to look at the Special Service Campaigns on the Lexus Owners website?? I see it listed under the site Map, but cannot get to it?? Maybe its not active yet or something.......

Well, the snow will hit pretty soon....couple months, and when it does I will take it out to a parking lot and get familiar with it all! It should be interesting Yes, My 99 Runner I still have and love to death :D It does very well in the winter

Interesting~ I hope to really have Zero problems with this car in the snow! Since the 04 models have a 50/50 split of power to the wheels now--no center diff, it may be better in the snow. I have lived here for 5 years and have never had to use snow chains, my 93 Accord went ok in the snow and my 99 4-Runner never misses a beat in the snow. The RX is replacing the accord, I sure hope it outperforms it in the snow. Time will tell and I will definately give a report when the snow starts flying

Not sure about the used car! But I just bought a 04 and got 4 keys. I would think they would give you 2 masters regardless and for them to say THEY lost it, They would be paying for my new key! Talk to the the Lexus Customer service and let them know your situation.... 2- Master 1- Valet 1- Card key

Saturday, Bought me a 04 SIlver with performance package, Navi setup :D I have 124 miles on her so far and its a very sweet car. Handles and drives like a dream, I Really like the Perfomance package on it with the All leather steering wheel and shift knob, not to mention the nice Polished rims and the sport shifting mode. Cant believe the give you a 30 Day and 5,000 FREE checkup--Not many other companies do that. I will probably have a few Cbest changes made, Im just having so much fun finding out all the nifty gadgets and driving it. Time to go play somemore

Isnt it funny how these creakes/rattles can sound like they are right here, but they are really coming from the othe end of the car!! I hate rattles

Got one question, when I was playing around with the Nav at the dealership you could go into it and pick all the differant states and to select one of them!! Now I assume you pick the state you will be living in, but say I wanted to go across the country----DO I have to go into the nav and pick that state that Im traveling through for the nav to keep working or does it do it by itself??? Also I have searches and searched, but what is the current Points of Interst of the new 3.1 (current) version? And is Lexus coming out with a new version this year? SInce Im getting my 330 ina day or so, I have V3.1 but will ask for the upgrade if needed.. Thanks

Does anyone have the Cargo net in the back of there 330--WITH the performance Package!! The dealer is giving me some run around about it cant be installed?? B/S i think....

Dont have my 330 yet :P Got the paperwork going on a Silver AWD with Peformance package, Navi, all except ML which you cant get----Oh anyway The snow function allows the car to take off in 2nd gear Im pretty sure to reduce slippage. I will find out for sure come Snow season up here in Alaska

I would really think its not the battery! Did it click or anything? Are the hidlights nice and bright. Anyway I would take off the Pos/Neg cables and reseat them and retighten them down and see how that does......good luck
