PM LOC/CL member lexusk8. He did this exact mod on his 01 ES last spring. He even created a thread that has pictures. (I can't remember if it is here or on CL). There are not bolts or pins on the ES and LEXUS emblems, just adhesive. you need a blow dryer/heat gun, monofilament, 3M adhesive remover, 3m ultra fine rubbing compound, a nice wax and of course some soft cloths. steviej ← my '98 lid only has the hole for the "L". ← Im also trying to take off the lexus emblem on my truck, but there are three holes behind the "L" emblem.. the other emblems were just glued on. If you decide to take off the other emblems, you can use a blow dryer to remove the glue with ease! good luck

My airbag did not deploy when I smacked into a deer at 50mph. well i was actually slamming on my breaks so I could have maybe hit the deer at a slower speed. But my airbag did not deploy, it ripped my bumper in half where the grille is installed and pushed it into the radiator. Plus the insurance paid for replacing the grille because it prevented the airbag from deploying. (i need to use a thesaurus, how many times did i use the word deploy? )

Well I guess that's why I want to change it, I want it look more like the japanese style. If I remove the lexus emblem you can see 3 small holes. Thats why I just can't leave it with no emblem I removed the lexus rx300 on the lower left hand corner. I just want to be different i guess. what can I say... im a dork i guess :D

I apologize in advance for being a message board hog! I want to remove the lexus emblem on the trunk door and replace with a toyota emblem, I noticed there are three holes in the back held by some type of glue. Anyone know a replacement toyota emblem sign that would fit exactly on my trunk door?(black color emblem) I also want to buy a toyota "harrier" emblem, anyone know where I could order or buy this? (locally preferred L.A. area) thanks

Iam trying to buy jaos exhaust for the RX300 but it is now discontinued, my question is the RX330 OEM exhaust fit the RX300 exhaust? Anyone know the modifications that were changed on the RX330? thanks
