Can Anyone Tell Me How To Check/replace The Blend Door(s)

my drivers side works fine but when i use heat the passenger side stays cold. you can hear the blend door click and whirr like a computer hard drive loading when i first start the car for like 15 secs but now its staying on longer been doing this since i picked up the car but as winter it slowly making its way back around i thought i might get the jump and try and fix this. i need a pdf or a detailed help of how to check and find out which blend door (i think there are 4) is bad and how to replace it! help me out please. oh think this is also referred to as a servo?
