bcdbc Posted May 29, 2004 Share Posted May 29, 2004 Just got 1 82 Soarer, trunk lid did not stay open When I went to examine the lifters I noticed that one is missing. Later found that the welded nut is pretty well stripped, and a new lifter will not thread onto it. Any sugguestins about replacing nut, or alternatives.
