soarer479 Posted May 25, 2004 Share Posted May 25, 2004 i have a 97 sc300 and im starting to look at suspension for it i want something a little tighter and lower i wanted to know if i got adjustable coilovers would i lose the very much desired smooth ride of the stock suspension???? jzz30 Posted May 25, 2004 Share Posted May 25, 2004 well you will hear alot of different opinions about suspension. but its best to get an adjustable dampening type. and i think the 300 is stiffer than a 400 so i think when you put suspension on a 300 its not that bad. my friend has tein flexes on his and he said that its still smooth but maybe a bit bumpier because of the spring rate. but that depends on the setting.
