RX330 ring of mystery

I replaced my front brake pads yesterday on my 2005 RX330.  When I was putting the passenger side wheel back on I heard a clanging noise from under the front of the car.

Attached is a picture of a small metal ring (@2.25" dia) that appears to have fallen off my car.

Does anyone know what this ring is?
