smhunt100 Posted June 23, 2022 Share Posted June 23, 2022 In 2021 I moved to a new neighborhood that is rapidly growing so I updated the NAV system to get any new street updates since 2017. It looks like I obtained part number GEN8 V20-20 1NAVMAP on a micro SD card. After the update the "newer" version has fewer features than the original software. For instance, I lost the ability to use the 3D angle and the ability to automatically rotate the map when I turn to always have my heading facing upright on the display. Instead I only have a flat view and the map always shows North facing upright. Did anyone else have this experience? Or can you tell me how to make these options actually work.
