Sorry, the part number for this update seems to be PT219-GEN08-20 on Micro SD card. Is that the latest version of the NAV software?

In 2021 I moved to a new neighborhood that is rapidly growing so I updated the NAV system to get any new street updates since 2017. It looks like I obtained part number GEN8 V20-20 1NAVMAP on a micro SD card. After the update the "newer" version has fewer features than the original software. For instance, I lost the ability to use the 3D angle and the ability to automatically rotate the map when I turn to always have my heading facing upright on the display. Instead I only have a flat view and the map always shows North facing upright. Did anyone else have this experience? Or can you tell me how to make these options actually work. Also, is the above version the latest version? Thanks
