Headrest results in poor driving position - too far Forward

I have a 2013 ES 350. I am 6ft 190lbs with ok posture.  The Drivers Side Headrest after adjusting it to its furthest back position is still too far forward ... my  body needs to slouch because the Headrest is still too far forward.  I  did not have this problem on my 2005 ES 330.  Any suggestions?
