2022 TPMS will not reset... OEM winters and summers.

Hello, a new Lexus owner, love the car. I have a problem with the tpms and hoping someone can assist me. The dealier installed new winter wheels and tires last fall. TPMS worked with orginal wheels and then with the winter wheels. I just put the summer's back on last week and now the TPMS light flashes for apx 1 min, then stays on solid. Pressures are all good and I tried the reset method but no change. I tried disconnecting the battery, honking horn and leaving disconnected for 20 min. but still no change. any other suggestions? i thought this vehical had 8 memory slots for the TPMS? any info greatly appreciated. thx.
