2017 Lexus RC 350 F sport with another strange problem.

   This is my cousins car but, the problem is that when she opens the drivers door the drivers seat moves all the way back and reclines all the way back.  On the passenger side the power seat will only move an inch back or forth when you pull or push it.  You can't just hold the switch forward or back.  It will only move an inch every time you move the switch.  Does anybody have any idea what these problems could be?

I would look at the owner's manual to see if you can reset the seats to factory settings. The driver's seat action appears to be an "easy access" function but the reclining part is very strange. I cannot find any mention of that happening to anyone else.
