1993 LS400 window control issue

My driver's side door window controls work normally for both front windows.  However, the rear windows do not work properly.  From the driver's door control panel the rear windows open normally, but neither window will close.  The only way I can close them is to use the respective rear door's window control switch.  Any thoughts?

I would think that there is something amiss with the driver's switch(es). Have you tried doing a relearn procedure such as what you'd do after changing the battery?
