I am aware that the puddy shouldn’t be there, I am just wondering if it’s the crankshaft itself, the crankshaft seal or something completely different. Posted February 8, 2022 Share Posted February 8, 2022 It's really very difficult to see- I'd definitely be concerned that the timing cover might have a hole in it that the epoxy is covering, but I doubt the crankshaft itself would be damaged.
