What are the best struts to buy for a LS 400

I like both Bilstein and KYB. The KYBs are almost half the cost of the Bilsteins so I guess it depends upon how long you plan to keep your car and how many miles you put on it, annually. I've had Bilsteins on a 1968 Corvette and KYBs on a 1989 Mazda MX6 GT, many years ago. I never had issues with either set over 8-10 years of 5000 miles per year.
