Good fog lights RX350

Good evening everyone.

I'm a new member and I came here seeking assistance in getting great fog lights for my wifes 2015 RX350.

We just bought a home at the border of the Tennessee smokies and the blue ridge Pkwy in NC and fog is extremely dense...8-10 ft visibility. 

I have 7"KC carbon pods on my fj but she obviously doesn't want the huge lights.

Any assistance to after market fogs or anything would be greatly appreciated.
