Hello new member here ! i have traded in my 3rd Gen IS350 for a 1st Gen RC 350 both AWD Fsport, i don't know if i was messing around with deleting personal profile and setting in the Nav sys or someone at Lexus dealership messed with it, my Driver Seat easy access lever stuck, i forgot to take pictures here watch this video you know what i mean, that Lever she Pull and then the driver seat auto rolls up and you can access to the rear seat from driver side, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sOFWmGBN0cc

After got my car back from Lexus Dealership the lever stuck i can't pull it, someone please help thank you very much.

I wonder if the seat needs 'wobbling' backwards and forwards gently while pulling the level, just in case it is catching slightly?
