Daytime Running Lights 06 RX330

I’m moving back to Canada & it’s a federal regulation that your DRL’s have to be on all the time…I can’t be able to turn them off. I’ve seen info on disabling them but, is there a way to keep them on all the time?

Our 06 RX400h has them on all the time. Did yours come from the factory with them off by default?
