Buying a GX470, need feedback please :)

In amazing condition.  One owner.  Have to presume garage kept based on condition.  Going to see it tonight 07/30/21

Well, how did it look? 
I always research factory maintenance requirements, first. I then conduct a phone interview. If I'm happy with what the seller tells me regarding maintenance history, duration of typical trips taken, incidences of any component failures, and how often the vehicle was garaged, I would set up an in-person visit.
I would bring my Rhino ramps to allow me to look underneath. Vehicles of this age may have seeping valve cover gaskets, worn leather in certain areas, and even a cracked or softened dash. Checking all electrical/electronic features is a must.
