97' LS400 Karman Vortex AFM Or Hot Wire MAF?

A Lexus DIY noob here

I've read they used vortex meters from 89-94 and hot wire from 98-00. I haven't seen any source saying what they used between 95-97.

So the question is, clean it or buy a new one. And where do you guys suggest buying a new one from if it comes to that?
