windows don't work

my 2000 lx470 no windows work. i took apart the door panel and used jump wires to roll window up and down so I bought 2 new switch but they still don't work?

Have you checked the wiring and connections from the A Post to the door.

As the wiring articulates when the door is opened and closed it doesn't take a lot for the wires to fracture and you lose power.

I pulled the plug out of the switch and jump the terminal and i can get the window up and down . I bought after market switches does that matter Lexus wants $1000.00 for the switch Ebay 25-100.
