Help VSC light on with codes P0303 and P0185

2009 Lexus ES350  140K miles, Spark plugs replaced at 110K miles

Car shaking like crazy when stopped and even when in motion, feels like the engine's going to die. What should I check first? I'm scared to drive it to the shop.

You may also check into replacing spark plug wires and distributor cap. 

I changed plugs on a vehicle and it did fine for a while, then it ran rough again, which led to changing distribtor cap and rotor button. White soot buildup caused intermitent conductivity. When it ran like crap again I took it to a shop who replaced the wires and all was good again.

I had the plug and coil replaced and everything seemed fine.  VSC light came back on again and the trouble code read is P0185.
