Center console 2009 RX350

Hi all just had RX350 a week now ... the console box between the seats has a problem, the open and close buttons are stuck, the flap doors are open about two inches. I need to take it apart to fix, how do i get it out... anyone got info/picture of the internals... thanks

Its not the front cup holder its the one behind it  its the Console box ..  looking closer there is a plastic panel on each side covering the hold down bolts, i will leave it as the seats might have to come out...
