Low heat and cabin filter box rattling

Hello,

In recent days, every time I start the vehicle, i would hear a loud rattle coming from the cabin filter box (inside glove box) for 20 seconds then it shut off.  The vent is not producing the proper amount of heat needed as I adjust the fan level.  Has anyone experienced this before?

Have you checked your coolant level?
