My RX occasionally makes a rattling sound for a second or two when you first start it. Once running, very quiet, and runs

great. Could this be a dry Rod bearing, because it is in the morning, or something with the timing chain?

SOunds like oil is slow to get to the top end or the hydraulic tensioner....I would replace the oil and filter and replace with quality oil of the correct grade
