I was wondering if the DVD Entertainment System comes with the remote control that controls the DVD player, which is talked about in the owner's manual. I tried asking the sales guy about it and he said the Entertainment System does not come with a remote control. I did however had to ask for the two wireless headphones because they supposely forgot to put it back in the car after detailing. Thanks in advance. The DVD RSES comes with a remote and 2 wireless headphones. You can confirm with Lexus corporate and if dealership won't provide, I would complain to corporate.
