Automatically folding outside mirrors

I would like the outside mirrors to fold in when I turn the ignition off.  According to the 2016 gs350 owners manual on page 576 there is an option to do this but it can only be changed by the dealer.  My local dealer said that this option does not exist and mirrors can only be folded when the keyfob locks or unlocks the car or from the switches inside, referring me to page 172 of the owners manual.  Has anyone been able to have their dealer change this setting?
